Facilities: 2 barn stalls 12' x 12' and 10' x 12', one pasture that does have my 5 horses over the fence. Run in. Hose and extension cord is all I can offer live in trailers besides parking. Hay for sale. Round pen.

All horses are friendly, vaccinated and don't leave home. They would be able to mingle over the fence line but if stalled, they'd never interact. I can also rent humans my house, 2 bedroom, 2 baths available, but I would be by at 7am and 5pm to feed only. Thanks for looking! Location: About 40 minutes away from the Atlantic Ocean where you could ride your horses on the beach in the off season. Plenty of local trails to haul to. 1.5 hours to Fair Hill. 10 minutes to Harrington race track.
