The Bear Creek Trail # 415 begins at the Deadman Gulch Trail #420 and ends at the Flag Creek Trail #422. It follows Bear Creek for most of the southern portion, climbing from 9,880 feet to 11,080 feet where it intersects the West Flag Road, FSR #744.3C in about 3.2 miles. Follow FSR 744.3C for about 0.6 miles to the upper end of the Bear Creek Trail.
